A:  The Culinary Gallery is different in our approach to catering.  We believe the client is more important than the chef's ego or reputation.  With most caterers there are pre-set menues the client must choose from.  We create a special menu based upon the client's likes and dislikes.  Menus may start with a regional or national flavor, or may be designed from a list of ingredients.

 
A: We offer a wide range of services from a catered affair, to cooking classes and demonstrations.  A function may be as small as two people and go up from there, from simple to elaborate. Cooking demonstrations are where the clients come and watch the chef prepare the menu and then sample all while enjoying an accompanying glass of wine. Cooking classes are similar to the demonstrations but the participants get to prepare the same menu the chef has demonstrated.  We also offer one-on-one instruction for the dedicated epicurian.
Q:  What do you charge for the classes?
 
A:  Hands-On Cooking Classes are $75 per person and the Demonstrations are $50 per person. Special Events vary so please check the calendar for those events and pricing.

A:  For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard; however we do not accept American Express, Discover or any debit cards.
